xcal 1 questions

ok guys
i have the x cal 1 with the extreme tune for my pc.

i bought this used and with no instructions.

when i put the file in one of the three slots and hit program
it says it does it and all but if i close out the extreme program and then it open it back up with the xcal still plugged in, it shows all three slots empty again.

and when i go to put the tune in the car (if its even on there) all of the yellow lights just flash at me, at the same time.

can anyone guide me through this thing

or scan and send me the directions for it .

any help would be great.
