X-pipes with cats and MIL eliminator's?

For those that have already went with a Hi Flow X-pipe and went from 4 cats to 2, did your check engine light come on? I have heard 2 different answers from 03 owner's. I am wanting to get the Magnaflow X pipe with cats along with the Magnaflow catback, but I want to know if I will need MIL eliminator's so I can purchase everything at the same time.

I not sure about the check engine light, but I do have plans to make your own mils with parts from radio shack. The parts only cost me $5.00 and they work great, that's only if your interested. Let me know and I'll shoot an email with the instructions.

I have the Magnaflow catted X pipe and catback and have no lights.

I had an x-pipe with two cats (stock was 4) my check engine light came on but I was too lazy to get the eliminators. My friend put an x-pipe on his 01gt with the eliminators and the check engine light never came on.
