X-pipe installation?

Does anyone know if the Bassani X-pipe out of my '99 Cobra will fit on my new '03 Cobra?

It's hard for me to get parts shipped over here to Germany so I have to make this x-pipe work.
Has anyone tried to install such a x-pipe?
