I just put on my SLP o/r x with the SLP loudmouth. WOT sounds amazing and I can feel a gain in power up top, but whenever I get on it just a little bit, it doesn't sound too great. My question is can I just swap in an h-pipe made for long tube headers. Since the SLP kit comes in 5 pieces it has the tubes from the exhaust manifolds so I was thinking I could just leave those in and unclamp the x when I'm not at the track and just clamp in a new h for when I am just driving around town.

if you got the 5 piece , just throw in some cats for daily drivin , switch em back out for the track
Its not just the cats, an h has a completely different sound than an x.
