Those jeeps are bad. Mine ran 11.50's at the track with a tune, cai and a 100 shot. It ran 13.06 bone stock with 91 miles on it. Keep the jeep and have fun with it for awhile.you can outrun just about anything in that jeep on the street(short distance) even the gt500...I know because I have both rides and my gt500 runs mid 10's at the track,so its a diffrent story there, but on the street people just cant believe how the jeep runs. I raced many vettes, mustangs, porshes, and many other fast rides from light to light .I never lost and always got a thumbs up after a race. Have a little more fun with your jeep, before you trade it off.

Just to ad more fuel to the fire as far as the prices go on these vehicles...

The national average at the auction for these vehicles are.

2007 Shelby GT500
Average miles=9763
Average auction price=$27,500

2008 Jeep SRT8
Average miles=10581
Average price=$27,300

I wish I didn't look this up. It is a little depressing.

There is a dealer that has an 07 GT500 for 32,900. I offered them my jeep and 4k and they told me no. Lame...

For what its worth....
Your GT500 is worth 35k
The Jeep 31k
Its is a closer trade than you think, dont give the Jeep away, its holding its value as much as the the Ford...These are auction prices, NADA means nothing in real life.

You can get a high mileage GT500 in the 20's.

Wanna trade for a 9 second Z06 Vette?

good luck,

but your 47K jeep is now worth 35K NADA value

my 47K GT500 is now worth 42K NADA value

its going to be tough find a buyer that will trade for a car that looses that much value in such a short amount of time

Ha ha ha ha.

His jeep is worth $30k private party. $28k to a dealer. A dealer would sell it for $33-$34.

Your GT500 is worth $32k private party and $28k trade in. Find someone who will buy your car for $42k and I'll show you someone who doesn't know that he can go get one new for that.

I just walked away from a $48k stickered GT500 brand new they were gonna let go to me for $41k.

Last time I checked Kelly blue book and the NADA don't buy/sell cars.

I know, huh. The values are not too far off. I just wish someone was willing to work out a deal...
