Is this the steeda brace that clears the boss intake?

not entirely sure if this clears a boss intake or not. I know for a fact it does not clear the Cobra Jet. It was installed on the vehicle only when it had the stock Intake on. There are no Part numbers / markings on it for me to check either. My apologies but I just do not know.
