As the title says. I picked it up as a factory blem from Steeda. That means it has never been installed, but has a minor defect somewhere in the powdercoat so it can't be sold by Steeda as brand new.
It is all wrapped up and prepped for shipping, so I am not goign to unwrap it to find a minor finish mark (if I can eve find one, as often they are unnoticeable to us)
