WTF happened to my fog-light?? (PIC)

People complain about cracked foglights....my glass covering is destroyed! As in, its not even there...

What the hell could cause this? I have had the sylvania silver star bulbs in for a long time now, and I know they run hotter, but I ALWAYS turn off the fogs in the rain....And I highly doubt that that effect would completely destroy the bulb, let alone only ONE side...
You guys think it was just a "well" placed rock in the road? Vandalism? Opinions wanted!
Also, wheres the cheapest place to get a replacement? Thanks guys...

Most probably a rock. Same thing happened to me the day I just got it swapped. :bash:
