WTB Super Snake hood

Hi all

I’m after a super snake hood for a 2010 car. I want it to be carbon fibre and if not genuine, look exactly like what Shelby fitted.

Black preferable, though I don’t mind painting.

If you want to return to stock and do a swap, then the hood is flawless on mine.

Hate to say it, but its going to be reaaalll hard to find a used or take off Super Snake hood. A genuine Shelby American hood was fiberglass. I have not seen anyone offer a genuine reproduction Super Snake hood in carbon fiber. A wrap after initial paint may be your only option.

Best bet is to call Shelby American and see if they have any left in stock or have a production run coming up.

Yeah I know it’s a long shot, though someone somewhere might not like theirs... probably not but a man can hope.

I’ll take a genuine one any day, though I do like carbon too, I will be painting it to match the car though!!

I’ve got a stock ‘08 vapor hood no stripes it’s only about 2yrs old. If you’re interested.
