I am looking into lowering my car. I am wanting to buy some koni yellows for my shocks and struts. Also interested in buying any other shocks/struts similar to konis( strange or eibach). Thanks!

I have some koni yellows I pulled off for more a drag set-up, the strange 10way struts/double adjustable shocks. BTW the yellows are the 2010 version that uses the better gt500 mounts with only about 4k miles on them.

How much do you want for them?

Just to check....you do realize those won't lower your car, right? Hopefully you mean looking for those in addition to lowering the car....

Just making sure so you spend your money wisely... :) There are plenty of folks who think shocks affect ride height, etc... FWIW if you prioritize ride quality like I do I went with Steeda Ultralights and I think they are excellent, near stock ride quality with a nice drop. That's with stock struts/shocks so far, will have Koni STR.T on in a few weeks and see how they affect the ride and handling.

Are the steeda, the ones strano offers in his package? I was looking into either the sportlines or the steeda sports. Also I love carving up some twisty road; so that is the main reason for shocks/struts

Late Model Restoration was having a 25% off sale on Koni, I think the 05-09 Sports were $611 shipped

As far as springs, I have the Steeda Sports with the Koni Sports and love the set-up, the look/stance, handling, and lack of brake dive and accel squat.

This should give you a good idea of the ride height:

Oooo wow those are nice! Do you have any problems with the konis? What other suspension components are you running also?

No problems whatsoever.
I got the 05-09 Konis, GT500 strut mounts, Gabriel front dust boots, Ford Racing bump stops front/rear, new Ford sleeves for the bottom coils in the front too.
I put them together and didn't transfer anything from the OEM set-up, took stock stuff out, put new stuff in, got car aligned, been enjoying it ever since.

In the back I also installed a J&M adjustable panhard bar, and I currently have the tubular BMR rear lower control arms and BMR LCA relocation brackets, but soon will be switching to the billet Steeda LCA's and CHE relo brackets, since I have a CHE axle brace waiting to be installed and it won't work (easily) with the BMR brackets.

No axle/wheel hop, no weird noises, just a firmer-while-smoother ride, flatter cornering, and like I said above, no brake dive and no acceleration rear-end squat.

And that $611 price on those Konis is AWESOME! I wish I got them that cheap, I think they were close to $700 when I got mine

Some more pics for ya :) :

Why are you switching to steeda lcas? I've even looking into a set of lowrers and uppers also.

For looks and hoping that the Steedas won't transmit rear-end whine like the tubular/hollow BMR's are doing.

I also have a Steeda upper control arm waiting to be installed, one of their non-adjustable "for lowered cars" pieces
