WTB Intercooler, intake, and MAF/Inlet

I need the intercooler, intake, and an aftermarket MAF with an inlet. Thinking either JLT high boost or the crusher inlet stuff that Malcolm sells. I'll be running a 2.3 tvs, so the stock MAF isnt going to cover my needs.
This is the intercooler that bolts to the bottom of the blower and the intake that the blower bolts to. Also, a coolant crossover.
