Wtb: Csvt

I have a 1998.5 SVT Contour with 89,XXX on the clock.
The bad:
Front fender dent on driver side, small rear bumper dent, A/C doesn't work (had this checked by a mechanic and he said there are no major leaks so maybe it just needs to be re-filled?), grind in 3rd gear if you power shift (synchronizer), regular cosmetic nicks, Sun roof control clip broke so need to re-screw that in, rubber seal to sun roof came off so need to re-apply that.
The good:
It runs strong with no motor issues and not many miles 89,xxx.

need new tires soon.
believe it needs a new caliper or cradle arm bushing because it pulls when you brake.(easy cheap fix. dont have time to work with it. because of school)
good:
very reliable.
starts everytime
uses no oil.
need to sell for a truck because of nebraska winters. i can meet in kansas city or lincoln or omaha or anywhere along the way of the 2. i go back and forth a lot. will trade if you have anything 4x4 and ford. year doesn't matter to me.
i would drive across the country, in fact took a trip to texas in it recently to see my aunt.
