WTB A V8 motor

Whats up people. My cousin has a 1999 f150 pickup ext. cab with a 4.6 v6. He wants to drop in a v8. is this easy? any way anyone have a Lightning engine, complete preff. with the ecu. or a 4.6 mustang engine? please get back, hes serious about a buy. we live in BG ohio. email me at [email protected]. thanxs alot.

The 4.6 is a V8 engine. Ford's V6 is a 3.8 liter.
