I know this is a long shot, but was wondering if anyone has a driveshaft for 99-01 cobra near Wichita, Ks. I'm afraid that shipping would be a nightmare on one of this things.
Just for some clarity, I didn't know this when I bought the car, but I have a ford racing 45.5" shaft in my car. Was always a little difficult to pull out, but when I did k-member with poly motor mounts, got that much harder, and I just went through the rear assembly and replaced all the bushings. I'm sure I can unbolt some things and get the driveshaft in there, but looks like it would only get me 1/8" gap between shaft all the way in transmission, and pinion yoke.
Just seeing whats out there before I take to shop and cut up and re-weld what I got.
