I got talking to a guy with an 86 GT for sale on the FB marketplace and he was looking for trades, but said he would consider selling it. I asked him how much, and he wanted $18,500, so that was a definite no for me. The car was beautiful though. I'm not sure what color it was, definitely some kind of custom gray color. It looked almost like the limited production run color for the WRX in 2019 called, Series.Gray. I don't remember everything about the car, but I know it had a 408 stroker, TKO600, Comp Cam, TF upper/lower intake, 5 lug conversion, and a bunch more. [QUOTE="99MustangGTman, post: 16546166, member: 55199"] Yes, i've been very patient so far, it's the only option I have, since i'm not going to be getting an IROC Camaro and grow a mullet. This car will just sit in my garage, and be driven on the weekends and to work a couple times a week when it warms up since my job is only 6-8 miles away. I do want an 86, that is for sure, but I have no problem with an 85 if it has been modified in a particular way. The way I was talking about how I would rather have a stroker N/A car instead of a supercharged car, I mean the same thing in a way for an 85 GT.
