[QUOTE="JZNYCRealEstate, post: 16179965, member: 141412"] Bull on both counts. Says who? All dramatically depends on how the car was built and taken care of. A well built Whippled GT500 with comprehensive upgrades can easily demand a slight premium over a stock one. And regarding the life span of the motors, I personally know of multiple gen 1 coyote cars with 120k+ miles making upwards of 650whp with stock short blocks and stock MT82’s with zero issues. ThatDudeInBlue is a perfect example. I think his car has 130k plus now, no problems. Plenty of Cobra’s out there with 100k+ that are fairly reliable. And heck, my Vortech 2V had 142k miles on it when I sold it - supercharged for 60k of it - and while it went through two T3650’s, the motor ran like a top. These 5.4’s are bullet proof motors and can handle a lot of power reliably and consistently for a long time.
