My mistake. The dispute is still open. They did put the money back in my account. And I think it's fair to say removed it from yours. I guess we'll see. The only person who could have rectified the situation is you. It doesn't matter what you sent. It matters what arrives. UPS doesn't pay claims on mis-packaged items. And now you're calling me a liar? Do you think I want to deal with this crap? Deal with you? Deal with any of this? I just want what I paid for. Really, at this point I wish I just let it go and let you off the hook. This isn't worth it.
