WTB: 03/04 Oxford white, DSG or SB Cobra (TEXAS AREA)

I've narrowed down exactly what I want. I Primarily want an Oxford white car. Secondary would be a DSG. The mods preferred are as follows.

* Whipple or KB with supporting mods.
* After market chrome 18" AFS or higher end forged wheels.
* Miles under 50K
* Seats with Charcoal inserts - I might comprimise on this for gray inserts.
* No head tick or smoking of any sort

I would prefer to buy a car within driving distance of the Houston area. I'm prepared to pay in the 24K range or more depending on the car. This will be a stright forward cash purchase.

I've got an OW '03 in DFW with 54k miles, 2.3 whipple, all of the supporting mods, tubular K/coil overs, longtubes etc etc. Tuned in November last year ~500 miles ago and put down 608/576.
