would these16 in wheels fit?

Just wondering if these wheels would work on the rear of a 03 cobra, they are american racing-767 they are 16x8 a bolt pattern of 5x5.5 offset says low (0-15) i seen the on performancewheel.com just wondern if they would work

you need 5x114.3 bolt pattern (5x4.5) and about 25mm offset and about 5.5 BS to work properly.

Other than the bolt pattern, they will fit fine.
