Would these wheels/tires work and/or fit?

My car is a 2011 GT w/ standard brakes


Curious if these wheels/tires would work (including speedometer reading).

1999 Cobra wheels with Blizzaks 245/45R/17

I think 17's are going to look lost in those wheel wells, not to mention the different offset making them stick out. 18 is a minimum on these cars and 19 more the norm. Just my .02c

Yep. Offset isn't right. They'll bolt on but stick out of the fenders. What you like is your decision. It most folks tend to think smaller diameters don't look right and sticking out don't look right. Physically they should boot up though.

Yeah they will even clear the Brembos if you had them because the offset is so much different. I have a set of Saleen wheels from my '01 GT and I threw them on just to see how they looked, they looked absolutely awful! The wheel sticks out way too far and throws the whole look of the car off.

I will assume because of the tires they are for the winter. One thing to keep in mind is that because they poke out so far they will toss up all sorts of grime onto the car.
