Would these fit?

Would a Michelin Pilot PS2 in size 335 fit onto a rim thats 17*10.5 without too much hassle and would it rub? I have a 1/8 spacer on the back as well as a shaved IRS bolt, I wanted these tires but in 17's(rear) they only come in this width right after 275's and I dont want to go to 18's just yet.

The 335 on a 17X10.5 would cause some irregular tire wear because the tire is so much wider than the wheel. Also, anything larger than a 315 would require fender modifications.
