If you like the sleeper effect, have you considered a Bullitt? I really like the interiors and the come with 3.73s already. No badges or anything, except the rear deck emblem.

after 4 98 cobra's and 2 03's i'll think i'll stick with the s197 platform.
Somewhat, but not as hard as previous 4.6L cars. We had to take of the starter and steering linkage to put mine in. I guess it was about an 8HR job or so.
