would 5 x 114.3 rims work for 69 fastback?

hey everyone i just wanted to know if 17x7 5x114.5 will fit on a 69 fastback??

5x114.3 = 5x4.5, so the bolt pattern will work. Offset is another factor in them fitting or not.
