No that is not appropriate grounds for a change. If you had previous negative interaction with the judge that might be. If you had a conflict, such as you had a case with her as a private attorney, that might be. But to stand in front of that judge and tell her you want a change because you have no confidence in her and you judge her to be immoral and unethical, you would have a serious problem not only with her but with any other judge out there.
I would hazard to guess that she is being extremely fair and not trying to piss anyone off at this point and that might be a good thing for you and your case.
