Wipers only work on high

Hey folks, I got in the car this morning and wipers did not work. They will work on high but do not reset back to normal position. The washer fluid sprayer does not activate them either. I'm on break at work so figured I'd post to see if any one else had that issue.

okay so finally off work, i stopped by the ford dealer and ordered part# ar3z13k359aa see if that fixes it. Just have to wait till wed.

After a few hours of research and learning about how the wiper system works on our car its actually a really stupid design. I can say this that the part I ordered is not going to work. Going by wiring schematics I found and also the service manual Ford has. When the wipers only work on high and the washer fluid does not work replace the wiper motor...or test it...or the connection. I guess there is a circuit board built in with the wiper motor that activates the wiper washer pump.
