on 93 stock cobra engine. specs 112 lc, 516/534 lift. 218/224. this is a custom cam from a 306 shortblock i have(selling). but i'm selling the shortblock and most people use their own cam, so i think i may use it on the cobra. time for a new timing chain, water pump anyways. i have new lifters to go with it.
will this cam work well?

I think it will work but you will need new valve springs

Yes valve sprigs, and I assume that the lift is with 1.6 rockers.
Using 1.7 factor in about another .030 lift.
AT least check valve clearance for safety.
Although I have gotten away with as much as 570 before, anything over 540 I check.
I have had numerous stock 5.0 with + [positive] piston deck height from the factory.
FWIW, just be safe.
