Ok so I have a basic question here for you centri blower guys. Will adding some 3.73 gears to a ~500hp vortech GT affect boost? I'm wondering since centris build boost and the gears will make the RPMs fly up pretty quick.
Will gears decrease boost capability?

It will help for sure, some people even go with 4.10's but not for me. At 500 rwhp you should have plenty of boost built up alredy.
Boost will ramp up quicker. I did a Procharger with 4:10s and first and second gear were brutal if the tires held.
