Will an 03/04 cobra t/b work on the 01 cobra manifold?

can i just get a used 03-04 cobra trottle body for my 01 cobra manifold? or does it have to be for an 01?? also would you guys recomend getting the BBK or Accufab aftermarket ones?? will they help any?? also i got a set of CRP fuel rails will these kit the 01 intake as well?? they were for my 03..thanks guys
