Will a 2005 GT clutch work in a Cobra?

Here is the clutch in question

Ive done alot of research on clutches lately and I really like the Fidanza 4.3 however its been discontinued for the 03 cobra and they are getting harder to find. So, will this work? Splines are the same, diameter is the same, and i believe the input shaft diameter is the same. Thanks for your help.

No, it won't. The 2005 GT has a T-3650 not a T-56. You should be upgrading to 26 spine input shaft, Ford racing TO bearing and a billet TO bearing retaing sleeve anyways when you do the clutch, so use this if you are stuck on a Fidanza 4.3.

they all use the same clutches, I have a cobra crank, block, flywheel. The only difference is the trans. Hence why i posted here.

Your cobra does not use the same clutch as an 03-04 Cobra

I thought they did? I Ve known a couple people that used the 03 Cobra clutch on their GT. Maybe I misunderstood

Unless the GT had a T-56 trans, it will not work....
