Simple you still think you are alright but your body and movements are like a person that is drunk. And also your senses are all sort of distorted be it, vision, hearing, and the others I have had bruises form and was like I don't remember falling but I sure did and hard. Basically you yourself feel and think you are fine but everything is not and far from it. Hence why that state trooper thought I was drunk and driving and was just waiting to put the cuffs on me as soon as the paramedics got done but that wasn't the truth or case. And if I had like 5 of these in a year I would agree I shouldn't be out there but I only had 3, 2008, 2015, and 2019. The 15 one I was on the PA turnpike and noticed my vision was starting to wig out, (seeing double and starting to dim) So as soon as a service plaza came up I pulled off parked at a gas pump, then got out and I did I think 5 circles and the next thing I know I was in back of an ambulance. But at least I caught it in time. And they let people with epilepsy drive and they are basically the same way most times they are good but they do have things go south from time to time with an episode.
