Yeah having a low while driving is no fun as you have no idea where you are at or who is around you. I have had 3 of these type of episodes like above, other than sideswiping someone. Last one I did was 2 years ago I drove over 20 miles out of my mind, took out one of those large plastic trash bins that trash companies use at homes for curb pickup which removed my passenger mirror and damage from the side of the bumper on down to the rear door. I kept going as all I was thinking I need to get home. I ended up about 8 more miles from there at a traffic light and when the vehicle in front of me began to move I ended up giving more gas and rear ended him (just a bump) and so After the police showed up I was on my way to the hospital (blood sugar was 45). It was around 155 when I left to do stuff (normal range is 70-120). But I sure know how to hit the wrong vehicles as it was a brand new I think Jag E-pace or F, all I remember it was a SUV Jag and black. I think I did about $2,000 to my 2007 Fusion from both Bottom pic is another one where I hit one of those squared off flat ends to guard rails at 50-55 MPH back in 2008 with my Marauder. BS was a 50 when the ambulance got there and again on my way to the hospital. Never will forget the paramedics when they was running the test, the State Trooper was licking his chops thinking he had a DUI on his hands, but when that came back they told him to leave or they was going to call the sheriff and again on my way to the hospital for a 2 day stay. So I very well can see how the truck driver could just drive on not knowing what he did.
