why does everyone buy single bank wideband gauges?? last i remember a v8 has 2 banks.. you are getting your a/f ratio from 1 side of ur engine thats not accurate.

I'm looking to buy gauge/sensor and have been wondering about this. In an article of the latest MM&FF they used two AEM gauges, one for each bank. Is this the best way to go or get a dual wide-band sensor? I saw that the FAST 170402 can measure both banks simultaneously or average them together.

I'm new to tuning and I don't know if most tuning programs have the ability to average two sensors or not.
