Wich throw out bearing

i'm gonna be changing my clutch and have a centerforce tob and a stock ford tob. which one should i put in. i've heard mixed reviews about the centerforce one.

When I installed my dfx clutch I replaced my quiet stock tob for the centerforce one. About 3000 miles on it and it is pretty annoying squeeking. Debating whether to replace it or put a auto in.

NEITHER, I have heard some people recommend the Mcleoud one, my shop installed a napa one and it works fine. I had a centerforce one that went bad before I even broke the clutch in at 200ish miles.

Not true. Quite a bit different actually.

I would recogmend one that is not made of steel, I think Temken is the name , worked great for me. Autozone special.

I got one from FRPP.

I having it installed this week so i cant comment on it yet.
