Yep, I've got a Tri-Ax too and I hate it. Will be switching to MGW shortly. It's interesting - the Tri-Ax for T5/T45 works great and I've had them on my '00 GT and '94 Cobra. But the Tri-Ax for the T56 feels really stiff and notchy.

PLUS Fiore fire-wall adjuster, Clutch quadrant, Free-play correction kit, new clutch setup, TOB.
Only then will you experience true satisfaction in shifting your Cobra :beer:

cuz ts the drivers error... never had a problem with the stock shifter... i got a deal on a tri ax and still have no trouble

I drove an 03 Cobra at a dealership that had a triax on it. Its possible that the transmission was almost shot on it but I really had a difficult time shifting in that car. No way I would have a triax in my cobra... I went with MGW and its nice and smooth, very firm.
