I don't have the money for a new mustang or time to buy, sell, buy, sell, etc. start modding over again, go through the same process. I bought my 03 cobra back in july of 2003. I have had it for 13 years. My car still retains a lot of the ford factory parts. stock suspension, stock rear, stock transmission, stock motor, stock half shafts, full interior, I still have all my emission stuff on the car and 13 years later after making pass after pass on the dyno, street racing or just having fun, that little motor is still purring and quiet as can be. It makes over 700rwhp. Not the newest car, fastest car, but its tastefully modded and Its a riot to drive. I have seen people go over board with there cars and next thing you know it, its on the market. its not enjoyable anymore. This is just my opinion. To each there own. jimmy vaccaro told me becareful of the slippery slope. Im keeping my car and not selling it. I am not going to mod the cobra anymore. It stays like this. If I ever get a better job, I am going to pick up a fox body mustang. since I don't need to pass emissions with a fox in new york, I am going to go all out. Big cubic motor, auto, twin turbo, etc. That will be the car I will use to do damage on the street. op, I can't wait to see wht you build. Keep us posted. Older car like that, I would go all out and build something retarted.
