Who used header wrap and has driven in the rain?

I backed into the parking garage today after driving in the rain and it seemed like my wrap was smoking. Is this normal? I used high temp paint on the pipes and then on the wrap. I was told I didn't really need to use the wrap on a single turbo kit cause under hood temps wouldn't be that bad. If this thing is going to smoke every time I drive in the rain, I'll be tempted to pull it off!

I'm guessing it's the water steaming off the pipes, just like it would unwrapped. But, with the wrap, it holds in the moisture.

Nah, it was my bad. I did some adjusting this weekend and forgot to tighten down the driver's side v-band all the way and it was leaking exhaust. Raining again this morning and no smoke or steam when I backed into the garage.
