I think I’d agree with you too. Not a lot of pantera people put trendkill at the top but it showcases a wide range of Pantera.
For the Pantera dorks if you wanna hear something cool go listen to ****ing hostile and then listen to “heard it on the x” by ZZ Top. It’s damn near the same riff. The blues influence is so heavy in dimes playing and the bands overall groove.
Not as obvious but listen to cowboys from hell and then “La grange”. Similarities are apparent there too.
