I can get a good deal on a brand new FRPP kit that has been sitting around for a couple of years. I'm pretty sure it is a gen 1 whipple.

1) What power am I to expect by bolting it on with the 13lb pulley it comes with?

2) What else will I need to complete the install?

3) How often does a whipple need servicing?

Thanks for the links for info but FRPP and Whipple claim that at 13 lb you don't need to do anything except bolt it on. I don't get it cause how does the PCM tune for 13 lb of boost when factory is at 8 lb. I think I'll blow up something without a tune at 13 lb.

Anyone want to chime in.

You may not "need" anything else to just run the Whipple at 13psi other than a tune. But, be prepared to possibly need to buy a MAFia, BAP, and possibly injectors. These items will definitely be needed if you want to turn up the boost. And you will want to turn up the boost.
