Alright to start off I am doing a Gen 4 2.9L non crusher install with an e85 conversion and head studs.

So these are the items I have or have purchased. I wanted to know if there is anything I’m missing or if there are any s special tools I’d be needing.

As for tools I have

All metric and standard set for sockets, wrenches, ratcheting wrenches, pliers and all the basics.

I’ve bought a 1/4in torque wrench 20-200inlb and a 1/2in from 70-175ftllb.
Gates hose cutter
An line wrenches will be ordered today or tomorrow.

As for parts
2.9l whipple 18psi (soon to be delivered)
Accufab TB
Jlt intake tube with knn filter
Ba3000
ID1050X
Fore fuel rails, regulator, fittings and lines leading to the tank along with the filter.
Fore fuel hat with dual 465hp

Do I need a gasket for the fuel hat?

Arp2000 head studs
Arp ultra torque lubricant
Valve covers (hopefully done powder coating within the week)
Valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals and grommets
NGK plugs
Oil and filter.

Anything else I need in for this swap would be appreciated.

Get a set of extended ball allen bits for your 3/8" ratchet. You'll thank me when you're tightening down the blower. I bought mine from Harbor Freight. Nothing special.

This is like a carbon copy of what I'm going through. I have a 3.4 Whipple on the way and currently working on removing valve covers to do head studs.

Alright I’ll make a stop to harbor freight and get a set. Thanks.
