I just got back from Montreal, where I was tuning a few stangs....the most impressive from yesterday was a 2003 Cobra, Sonic Blue Vert with a polished Whipple, Long Tubes, Catted H, Magnaflow Catback.

675RWHP/634RWTQ with 17* of timing and a 25min cool down on a dynapack dyno (same numbers as a dyno jet). Air Fuel was 11.6-12.07 the entire way

The snake made 649.8rwhp at 15.75* and the customer really wanted that 650+ number but I explained to him how hot it was and how hot the downstream temps were and I was not going to add in anymore timing. We let it cool down for like 25 min and I was very impressed to see the 675 number .

I just finished the solid axle swap, suspension and 4.10's in my Cobra but I need some more power

As soon as they email me the dyno sheet I will post it.

Peak HP @ 5847 and Peak TQ @ 4656

This car makes over 470rwtq from 1800rpm, over 600rwtq at around 3000rpm and does not drop much below 500 @ 6700

Making over 400rwhp at around 3500 with no drop off in power

Holy crap, that's a lot of power. Nice work, Paul - can't wait to see what you can come up with for my ride (it's Chris, btw)

What am I missing here? Many of us have the same mods (2.2L KB vs. Whipple here) and we're nowhere near that on blower alone...especially with that little timing. Ported heads and/or cams?

I swear it has stock cams and heads and nothing else.

I asked him to take it to a dynojet just to verify the numbers to make me sure and everyone here sure.

I am just going based on what the dyno showed me. The operator said it was calibrated fine and there were a few cars on it before making average or right around average numbers

A mod list would be nice lol.

Unit213 did you notice that the car was at 21 to 23 lbs of boost. Thats when these blowers really start to make power after 17 lbs then they really start to get cookin.

I must've missed that. The title says 20-21psi.

I'm really curious about the supporting mods. 675rwhp is a monster. I might have to run race gas 100% of the time and turn up the wick!

unit - check post #19. There is a table that summarizes all the data. Not even including postban, there are 3 other guys towards the bottom of the table running close to this boost level making in the mid 600 range.
