where to get mid pipe gasket

was wondering if anyone knew of a place i can go to or order a FLAT 3 inch gasket for the flanges on the pass side header that bolts to the mid pipe?

yup, ford dealer...The part # is XR3Z-9450-AA I paid $12 + tax.

you might also check some parts stores. they might have it a bit cheaper and there in stock instead of waiting...the dealer around me always had to order them in so i always had to wait a day.
