Hello, Does anyone know for fact where to get a tach signal on the 05's? I've tried thru the coil packs. If someone knows someone at Ford or has done this, it would be greatly appreciated!

there are a couple wires coming off of one of the comptuers (ECU I think) inside your car. There are obviously 8 total, one for each coil. You need to find the wire for the number one coil and (if there's two wires) find the positive signal coming off the ECU and try to splice it there. If that doesn't work, try the grounded side of the #1 Coil.
Alot of companies make boxes (Dallas Mustang) for newer cars to use an aftermarket Tachometer. Would try that first!!
