Looking for some reputable companies to have an assembled shortblock delivered to my shop. Ive heard mixed reviews on MMR and their warranty claims. Livernois seems to be a solid company as well as modmax. I'm also interested in upgrading to the Boss 5.0 block... or possibly a stroked 4.6 to 5.0. Which would be best for streetability? You could call proline in north Ga and have them build one, but it will be a nice chunk. How much money are you looking to spend?
I'm not looking to spend a lot. This happened unexpectedly and after a heads rebuild so the funds are hurting, not to mention I may be looking to sell the car afterwards because I cant afford to keep doing this. I was looking at a boss block to help with the value of the car so it comes off as an upgrade, not just a repair.
