where are the rules kept for posting in the market place

I have posted several times in the market place and made some errors
had a few posts deleted

i have tried in vain to find the rules

where are they number one

and what is rule number 7 for posting in the market place ?

thought it was saying who you are or your user name ....

and the add i posted stated my user name was 1badsho .....
