Just noticed this white plastic ring while I was detailing the engine (can't believe how dusty it gets covered up), it's all stock with 2500 miles so it's never been worked on by a shop/mechanic...:shrug:

it's part of a clip for the a/c line going from your evaporator. don't be concerned- it's fine as you have to use a specific tool to remove a/c lines so they're not going anywhere

My cobra and my gt both have it. I have also seen it on other vehicles.
