What's my buddy's Mach worth?

Yeah I know the car is worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay...i've never watched Mach 1 prices so I don't know what to even tell him. It's an '04 Azure Blue, real clean car. Stock motor with a d1 procharger, built d&d 5 speed trans and built rear end. The car has 50k miles on it and has been driven maybe 10 times in the last four years.

I wouldn't sell for less then $15.5-16.5k with the miles and mods it has. Clear title, no interior issues, dents, scratches?

Clear title! Car is clean. He bought it with 5k miles from the original owner and the tires at the time still had the nipples on them.
