Still working on Thanksgiving leftovers.
I did that all weekend long into Monday myself. Not too much turkey left over, mostly honey baked ham, which I enjoy more anyways. lol

We're eating out tonight. My wife and I both get home late tuesday nights, just before our daughter goes to bed, so we eat out to get something fast to get her to bed ASAP.

steak, shrimp, rice, asparagus and some kinda make believe garlic "cream" sauce. They opened a Fit Life Foods not too far away, we've been buying their pre-made meals for lunches and dinners (they dont freeze their stuff). Its healthy, takes about 2 minutes in the microwave and actually tastes pretty good

Thanksgiving Leftovers.
Prime Rib. (de-boned with the ribs on the side)
Mashed potatoes made with milk, cream, sour cream, salt, pepper, and freshly ground nutmeg.
Steamed broccoli and carrots.
Homemade Welsh Rarebit.
Costco Pumpkin Pie.
BBQ Chicken breasts just in case there was anyone that didn't like Prime Rib (AS IF).
And a couple of glasses of Champagne to help digestion.
