Cooked a bunch of chicken thighs. Might have some with a salad or make a sandwich. Tomorrow is definitely chicken tacos though.
Had some delicious tempura artichoke hearts and a Filet that was meh at a local establishment tonight. Two delicious old fashioned as well!
I did Salmon with a maple syrup (Vermont), sriracha, soy and garlic glaze. Also did asparagus, both in the air fryer and a salad.

Golden Corral with pops for lunch. L19mes Ww with vodka and Wwater

My oldest and DIL invited us over for a get together. Had brisket, jalapeno poppers, tater salad and smoked beans. He cooked it at the firehouse last night on their pellet grill wrapped it and brought it home wrapped in a cooler till it was time to serve. Pretty much spot on. He will not let his wife cook. Those damn fireman can flipping cook.
Burgers with fresh quick pickle jalapenos under cheddar cheese. Homemade onion rings.
