Na, did the meat fall off the bone? Best Ribs :)
Cooked them a little too long...I could barely get the ribs out of the pot without them falling apart.

What I did:

2 baby back ribs cut in half
Slather all sides with yellow mustard
Coat geneoursly with BBQ rub (I used Salt Lick)
Pour a little over a cup of beef stock into pot and make sure it is below the meat basket thingy
Put in ribs with bones straight up/down (don’t stack the ribs)
Set to pressure cook high
I cooked them 1 hour 5 minutes (next time I’m going to try 50 minutes)
Let the pressure natural release for 10 minutes, then manual release.
Put ribs in a foil lined pan with a cooking rack and slather with your favorite BBQ sauce
Broil on high each side for 5-8 minutes, baste as needed.

From starting to eating was just under 2 hours. Wish I had some bread though because it was more like pulled pork. Those bones didn’t have a chance to stick with the meat.
