Go 4.10's I just got out of winy 3.90's and don't look back.

just out of curiousity, why would you change? if its for gas mileage or rev to high, you won't see much difference between the 390's and 410's.
I say go with the 410's
With the 4.10 @ 80MPH you are only at 2660 RPMS in fifth. (HWY MPG)

410's it is..im hoping to do every bolt on i can do...i have some gm's in my area that need a beating...haha
I know a good shop/tuner in CLovis if you're interested. Does alot of New edge and S197 work.

I had 4.10's on my 02 gt and got horrible gas mileage. I have 3.73's on my new one and i get 24 mpg hwy and it made a big difference in my acceleration. I also plan on getting some FI shortly, so that also played into my decision.

on my 07 GT 5 speed i'm running a set of 4.10's and at times i wish i would have gone 4.30's
I still get 22.8 mpg on the highway cruising 65 with my 4.10s and setup.
3.73s here and I like em, sporty but yet still highway freindly.
Yup if I just cruise it and drive it like I stole it (almost never) I still get alright gas mileage
